Exercising in your target heart rate range for 20-30 minutes per day, 3-5 days a week enables most people to achieve health, fitness and weight management goals.  Remember the best way to improve your health is to change your behavior.

Don’t forget that your personal goals should be realistic and when you’ve reached them, it is important to sit down with your personal trainer to establish new ones.  Frequency, intensity and duration are the three essential components of a systematic, individualized exercise program.
